How do I change the order of my tasks?
Drag them. On the phone app, touch and hold the three-line handle next to a task in your to-do list, then move it up or down. On the web, go to Plan, then Tasks, and drag the task to its new place.

On the web
- Go to Plan, then Tasks.
- Click and hold a task.
- Drag it up or down and let go.
On your phone
- Open the Plan tab.
- In your to-do list, touch and hold the three-line handle (≡) next to a task.
- Drag it up or down.
- Let go where you want it.
