How do I use Focalyst AI?
On the phone app, tap the chat icon at the top right. On the web, click Ask Focalyst AI in the sidebar or press ⌘ J. Pick a suggested question, type your own, or use the mic. Focalyst AI answers from your own tasks, habits and focus data.

On the web
- Click Ask Focalyst AI in the sidebar, or press ⌘ J.
- The AI panel opens on the right.
- Type or dictate your question and send it.
- Use Ctrl instead of ⌘ on Windows.
On your phone
- Tap the chat icon in the top right corner.
- Choose a suggested question, type your own, or tap the mic to dictate it.
- Send it. Focalyst AI answers from your own data.
